Interview and knowledge test process:

Once you are invited to an interview, we will provide you with the complete information about the open position, the challenges, the benefits and the career development options you can have at Aurubis Bulgaria. An interview with one of our recruitment professionals will be conducted to better acquaint us with your professional background, interests and motivation to work for us. In addition to that and in order to test your skills and knowledge in the specific professional area you are applying for, we may also ask you to pass a written exam in your area of expertise. A technical interview related to your specific knowledge will follow. It will be led by a highly skilled professional(s) from our Technical, Production or other relevant department.

After the interview you will receive feedback regarding the status of your application and potential further steps in the selection process. For the newly hired colleagues we provide personal consultation and help regarding the necessary documents, comprehensive  communication during the recruitment period and last but not least a professional and friendly introductory program in order to achieve a smooth transition and adaptation to the company environment, procedures and culture.
